First Floor
This area has the entryway and front door/garage door access. This first floor also houses the primary bedroom with ensuite bath for maximum privacy. The primary bedroom includes a King bed with Tempurpedic mattress, a large walk-in closet with plenty of luggage space, as well as a 43” smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a spacious vanity with double sinks and ample counter space, as well as a large garden tub with shower, perfect for winding down with a glass of wine at the end of the day.
Second Floor
Perfect for gathering friends and family together. The highlight of this area is the large private balcony complete with amazingly comfortable new Adirondack chairs and tables. In the evenings, you can listen to the waves and watch the sunset. The large living room has ample seating from the brand new sofa & loveseat set (one of which also houses an amazingly comfy Queen sofabed), perfect for watching a movie on the 65 inch Samsung Smart TV or some friendly competition on the XBox with included Game Pass!
This space is ideal for playing one of the provided board or card games, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. The open concept space flows right into the dining room, with seating for 10 and a fully-stocked full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large pantry/laundry room adjoining with washer & dryer. A modern half-bath is located conveniently off the living area.
You will find 2 large bedrooms with an adjoining Jack & Jill style bathroom w/ 2 sinks and a separate toilet & bathtub/shower room. The first bedroom includes full-sized bunk beds, a twin trundle bed with brand new mattress, and a pack and play in the large closet for the littles. The second bedroom has a queen bed and large, French door style windows. Both upstairs bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs.
